Little Big Project
I'm thinking about doing some different things with the game Little Big Planet. For some of you that don't know, Little Big Planet is a game that's run pretty much by your imagination. I thought'd it be kool to make some custom-made stages in tribute to some other things whether it be another game series, or a setting fit for the season. Idk, the main reason I'm excited about this project is that it's so open to do many things. I'll probably post some kool screenshots and videos on a new youtube account I'm going to make soon. I'll make another journal entry about this with more detail.

Why I've been inactive
#1 Reason: BAND. I'm part of the Spring Percussion Ensemble that's invited to perform at the prestigious Midwest Convention over in Chicago. We've been practicing to no end since about... Idk, I forget... Maybe a little under a year ago? It's been killing a lot of time, which is why I haven't posted much of Zoul of Krystal in awhile. Anyway, we just performed in our school's new auditorium tonight (just a few hours ago before putting this journal up). Our performance will be sometime next week, I'm forgetting all the specifics, that's how out-of-it I am right now. Once that's done, I'll have a lot more free time.

Reason #2: School. Enough said really. Junior year of high school is pretty big.

Reason #3: BlazBlue and Call of Duty. In all honesty, some of my free time was put into my addiction for online video games.

I do plan on finishing it out. In fact, I already have about three chapters on a waiting queue, I guess. I'm just not sure if they're what I want. They were kind of rushed when I wrote them (squeezing them into the barely existing free time that I had). I feel that it'd be more satisfying on both my own part and to those who do read it that I take the time to write some quality chapters.

I had another big "perfect timing" moment. I was playing Platinum in a Battle Hall challenge. I just finished battle 49, and my game decides to crash for the first time ever. Well I'll put the game down for now and work on the streak again later.

And other weird timing moments
1) I get sick the day after my gf tells me that she's going to get me sick (and she was joking)
2) I turned my ps3 on the exact moment my mom plugs the iron in, my sis plugs in the laptop charger, big sis turns her hairdryer on, with four other tv sets on. Power kinda shorts out for a little bit.
3) 99.7457% of my calls to PrimeHunter01 are unsuccessful or untimely

The big letdown today was the loss of my win streak in the Battle Hall. Pretty lousy Sunday.

If you're wondering if i'm going to be submitting anything soon, i can just tell you that
1) I will be uploading stuff (whether i can put the 'soon' label on it isn't clear right now)
2) As you know School's already up and running at full speed for me so I'll be pretty busy
3) I'm working on something special pertaining to HeartGold and SoulSilver

I bet they wouldn't know some of these "secrets" you speak of either. And well, that's up to GameFreak to decide = P

If you were a Pokemon, would you want to have a Trainer or be a Wild one?
Idk. I'd probably want to try out both; that's when I'll be able to decide.

Do you know how many kinds of Pokemon there are?
It depends on what you mean by "kinds". There's a confirmed 493 Pokemon SPECIES.
But there are 4,294,967,853 different forms of Pokemon.
There are 482 pokemon that only have one form, 28 Unown, 4 Castform forms, 4 Deoxys forms, 6 go to Burmy+Wormadam, 2 belong to Cherrim, 4 go to Shellos+Gastrodon, Rotom has 6 so far, Giratina 2, Shaymin 2, 17 Arceus, while there are 4,294,967,296 possible Spinda-spot patterns.
(I did not include gender-specific variations, the Notched-Ear Pichu, Purple Kecleon, or the mysterious ???Arceus)
So to answer your question, I'd say yes, I do in fact know how many kinds of Pokemon there are heh

What is your favorite Pokemon?
That's a hard one. I can't really decide on just one top uncontested favorite. It's probably a tie between Cyndaquil and Castform.

Whats your favorite baby Pokemon?
I really dislike every single baby Pokemon ever created. But to answer the question, I guess I don't hate Tyrogue and Mime Jr. as much as I do the others.

What is your favorite evolved-form Pokemon?
Porygon-Z. I have the slightest bit more favoritism towards PZ than any other evolved form, but again, the slightest bit

Mewtwo, Lugia, Deoxys, Giratina. From each gen, respectively.

Games, Manga, Anime, or Movies?
I like the Games the most, Movies are pretty kool. The anime can be annoying to me sometimes, but I watch every once in awhile. And the anime is pretty good actually (the ones I've read) but I stopped reading a long time ago.

Do you watch the anime?
Yea, like i said earlier, every once in awhile. Being a big gamer fan of Pokemon, I have harsh expectations when it comes to the anime. Most of the time some things on the anime just make my eyes roll, but it can be entertaining.

If you do, what's your favorite episode?
The one where Ash dies (hold on I'm about to narrow it down a bit more) and the Kanto ghost pokes mess around with him.

Favorite Poke Movie?
Destiny Deoxys. But I've seen trailers for the Arceus Movie, and that's looking pretty awesome. Who knows, I might just change my mind once I watch that one.

I haven't read the Manga in such a long time.

I don't really remember much of it, but the Neo Team Rocket Mask of Ice plot was really kool.

Which do you like better: catching Pokemon or battling Pokemon?
Catching can get frustrating, but trying to catch legendaries on the games are always challenging. I definitely enjoy battling though. That's what the Pokemon games are to me.

What was your very first Pokemon?
The very first pokemon I chose was squirtle on Blue version, but I then grew more attached to Bulbasaur in the 1st gen.

What is your favorite Pokemon move?
Doom Desire. Concentrated light rays from the sun ftw.

What starter did you pick - Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Charmander?
Squirtle first, but stuck with Bulbasaur later.

First Totodile, then Chikorita, and then Cyndaquil; I finally decided that Cynda was for me.

Mudkip, and stuck with Mudkip.

I knew Turtwig was for me.

Favorite Pokemon Game?
Seeing as how I would play GSC anytime, even though they're clearly outdated, I consider the 2nd gen games as my favorite. The other games are still great though. And yea, the fourth gen games are great such as DPPt, but I'm just not sure if they're good enough for me to come back and enjoy them again 9 or so years from now.

Favorite Pokemon Music? (All Video Games, GameFreak/Nintendo EAD;HAL/Hudson Soft/Jupiter/Genius Sonority/Chunsoft/NST Intelligent Systems/Ambrella)
That's another really hard question to answer. I'd have to go with... Team Galactic Boss Cyrus Battle music. It's just so spacial and technoish, so yea. I really did like a lot of the music from the Genius Sonority games, Pokemon Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness. Such as the Cipher Battle themes and of course Miror B. Battle. The Primal Dialga Battle Theme from the Mystery Dungeon games by Chunsoft is a top fav worth noting also. I think Hudson Soft had some pretty neat 8-bit Music in the PokemonTCG Video Game. I haven't played the Puzzle League games by NST or much of the other spin-offs by Ambrella, and I don't remember much of the music in the Pinball games by Jupiter.

What was a big nostalgia moment that happened relating to Pokemon?
While playing Silver Version I went to the Celadon City Game Corner, looked at the poster and the character said "Wait, underneath this poster... There's nothing!"

Favorite Region?
They're all pretty kool, but if I were to live in one region, I'd say Johto. Preferably in Ecruteak City (Kimono Girls).

Favorite Gym Leader?
That Wattson guy was pretty kool

If you were a Gym Leader/Elite 4, what type would you specialize in?
IF I were to become a Gym Leader/Elite 4, I'd go with the Normal Type. Smeargle, Spinda, Kangaskhan, Dodrio, Porygon-Z, Castform. = )

If you were Champion, what'd would your dream-team be?
Dream Team? No team is merely a dream, to me. But yea, It'd be Hitmontop, Lanturn, Castform, Scizor, Typhlosion, Crobat.

Do you think there will be a 5th gen?
I don't see why not. GameFreak's smart. They'll figure out something, and I still think there are a lot of pokemon now that could use some sort of attention 5th gen(in other words, new evos). And if anyone mentions Arceus, they need to consider that GameFreak dubbed him the "Alpha" pokemon, not the "Omega". = P

Hiya, Just a journal entry to confirm that I am still alive. I've just been in a bad case of writer's block but I'm 'getting better' and ideas are starting to flow nicely again. Expect the next section of my story in a day or two.

Fanfic Change
The way I'll be submitting my fic will be different than the way I've been doing so. Instead of chapter-by-chapter, MOST of the story will now be submitted in groups of a few chapters together. I need to make sure each of the major parts in the fic are cohesive within themselves, and they connect nicely to the main idea that I had.

A: As long as however the heck i want it to be. It'll be pretty long, I'll say that. More than 30 chapters I'm betting.

Q: Some stuff doesn't make sense to me, can you explain?
A: Just note me or something about a certain part, but make sure you tell me the farthest point in the story that you've read. I'll explain, spoiler-free. And I know some stuff at the very beginning might possibly be/seem irrelevant. I may be making major/not-as-major but still significant changes to parts. A: Not anytime soon. Sorry, but that's the truthful answer. But to be on a more positive note, I MAY consider it, but don't expect any anytime soon. I might have the urge to do some sketches of Heartless and other enemies if I feel like it.

Q: What happened to the scanner?
A: Couldn't get it to work on my laptop cuz Vista falls short in some (many) places. But our ancient, but decently functional, laptop still has the software for it, so I do have access to scanning. (This also means my sister is back with her usual submissions, but any of you who already subscribe to her know this [NOTE: This is NOT an attempt to have you go check out her profile and subscribe; i could care less about you viewing whatever you want, just noting])

Q: What does 'nya' mean?
A: It's the way Japan describes the noise of a cat. Like, here in America at least, a pig says "oink", a cow goes "moo", and a cat goes "meow". Some countries in the east describe it as "nya". I like saying it, cuz it sounds kool and one of the characters in a show my sister watches says it and it's awethome, nya.
